Sin Pays A Salary

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23

I realize this is not too popular amongst the people of God, however, it is something that we need to be reminded of. Sin is an issue that we need to deal with. It is not a light one. The Bible teaches us that sin pays wages; its reward is in the realm of death. The things that the Scriptures exhort us to avoid are the things that will manifest the principles and fruit of death and satan in our lives. We live in the realm of life and the Father desires for us to enjoy the fruit of righteousness in our lives. Don’t take sin lightly. If there are areas that you are struggling with, there are some Scriptures listed in our reading for today that will help you. Stay before God and apply yourself to what He says so that you can enjoy walking in the life of God.
