Choose To Rejoice

“This is the day which the Lord hath made; will rejoice and be glad in it.” Psalm 118:24

Rejoicing in life is not based on any set of natural circumstances that a believer is facing. It is based on Who Jehovah is and what He has done. This day is a day of blessing because He created it and gave it to us. And He has already given us everything that pertains to life and godliness. He has given us His fellowship that we may walk with Him, know His heart, know His mind, know His will and be a vital part of His plan. He has already met every need of ours according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. We are healed, we are bold, we are anointed and we are joint – heirs with Christ. We are the head and not the tail, above only and never beneath. We are in covenant with the Creator of the universe and all things are ours. In the light of these facts (and there are MANY more) there is nothing left to do but to rejoice and be glad. Make that YOUR choice today!
