NOVEMBER 7: Know The Will of God For You!

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.” Romans 12:1-2

Many of us speak of desiring to be in the will of God for our lives. It doesn’t seem as though we all realize that the key to us finding it out is by means of renewing our minds. The only way in which we will be able to find out and prove the will of God is through mind renewal. Why is that? Well, my friend, God is at work in us; He works from the inside out. He is alive in our spirits and because of that all that we are to be is already inside. The transformation comes as our minds get in agreement with what is already inside of us. This is why it is important to find out first the revealed will of God through the Scriptures, and particularly our union with Christ in His redemptive work. As our thinking changes, we are able to see, step by step, where God is leading us in our lives. Don’t take lightly the process of mind renewal. It is THE KEY to you knowing the will of God and proving it out in your life.
