What God Can Do With One Man

“And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.” Ezekiel 22:30

So you think that you are insignificant? You think there is no way that God can turn a godless situation around through you? Think again. Look at what the Lord said. All that He needed was one man who would stand before Him and He would bring deliverance. Don’t sell yourself or the Father short in His ability to work through you. All hell may have broken loose on your job or in your home or maybe even in your church. However, if you have a heart after God and a heart that desires to see God’s best for people and you want to see every crooked place made straight, you are a candidate for the Lord to work through. Even if you think that you don’t know much about praying for others or standing in the gap, take what you know of the Word and God’s love and stand before Him in behalf of that situation and those people. If you will be diligent and sincere with what you do know, the Holy Spirit will teach you everything else you need to know.
