NOVEMBER 14

It’s A New Day

“It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23

The Father, more than anyone, wants us to know that today is a brand new day. This morning represents a fresh start on life. Realize that you cannot change the past, so there is no need to stay back there rehashing some mistake that you made or some bad thing that you experienced. The only beneficial thing that you can do with the past is learn from it: take advantage of its training by not committing the same mistakes over and over again and make the necessary adjustments for success. If the Father is starting you off with new mercies and compassions this morning and He is not holding the past against you, then why should you? It is a new day, so arise, shake off the past and prepare for something new and good that the Father has in store for you!
