Fight God?

“And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.”

Acts 9:5

There just happen to be some things that God has His mind made up about and because of it there is absolutely no way around it. Fighting against the will of God in matters like these is a waste of time and it can cause a person great difficulties if they refuse to yield to God’s desires. Be determined to be humble, pliable and flexible before the Lord. When you know His will, choose to comply, not resist.
