Be Generous

“There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty. The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered himself.” Proverbs 11:24, 25

God is a giver and we as His children are called to follow His example. Generosity is a part of the heart of our Father. When our hearts are right in our giving, it opens up doors through which others will give liberally back into our lives. Stinginess and keeping back for oneself with a selfish, hoarding attitude is what will lead one towards poverty. Being generous will lead to increase in our lives.
