Walking In Health

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” 3 John 2

Being healed by the Word and power of God is wonderful and our redemption in Christ has made that available for us to receive by faith. However, our focus should be to walk in health. This may not be easy for us to pursue, however, it can be attained. We must first receive what the Scriptures teach us on health and healing and then we must receive the Holy Spirit showing us adjustments that we must make in our lifestyle in areas such as what we eat, what we drink, exercise and so on. As we receive the Word, meditate on and confess these Scriptures and give the Holy Spirit place in our bodies, I can assure you by the Word of God that He will begin to lead us step by step into a life that is healthy and free from sickness and disease.
