Blessed Because of YOUR Obedience
“And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou has obeyed My voice.” Genesis 22:18
Pause and meditate on the importance of the above Scripture. Do you realize just how important Abraham’s obedience was to all of us? His obedience did much, much more than impact his own life and immediate family. It set the stage for all of us to be blessed, in fact, it set the stage for the whole world to receive the Father’s best through Jesus Christ. You might be thinking today, “What does my little, insignificant life mean to the plan of the Father or to anyone else?” Your obedience to God will affect the lives of many, many others. It will put you in places in which others will reap the benefit of what you do for the Lord. Remember this today: “Someone else will be blessed today because you obeyed the voice of the Lord.”
