Hide His Word

“Thy Word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against Thee.” Psalm 119:11

A key to living victoriously over sin in one’s life is to hide the Word of God in one’s heart. The word “hid” in the Hebrew is a word that means to lay up or conceal. Storing up the Word of God in one’s heart will provide potential strength for us when we are faced with the temptation to sin.

Scripture reading: Psalm 119:1-11; Romans 6:1-23
