Lukewarm?
“I know thy works, that thou are neither cold nor hot: I would that that thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.” Revelation 3:15, 16
Check yourself today: are you on fire for God, or are you indifferent? If you are indifferent it is time for you to do some serious praying before the Father and believe Him to help you with your heart. Going to the Word and praying, even though you may not feel like it, is the way to begin turning things around. It is the will of God that we be either cold or hot. If you need to, pray this prayer right now: “Father, in the Name of Jesus I want to be on fire for you. I don’t want to be lukewarm towards Jesus, so help me with my heart now. By the Holy Spirit please show me what I need to do to stir myself up. I receive your help right now, in the Name of Jesus. Amen.”
