DECEMBER 16: Do What You Know

“Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin. James 4:17

Have you ever stopped to think about just how much time you spend thinking about trying to acquire knowledge about things that you don’t know at the expense of neglecting the things that you do know? One of the greatest revelations that we can receive is being committed to doing and acting on what we do know. This, in itself, is one sure way to help keep us out of sin. Simply doing what you know to do will keep you in a place of obedience with God and open you up to the other things that you don’t know yet. I challenge you today to make a commitment to be a doer of the things that you do know; it will make a big difference in your life.
