It’s Time To Grow Up
“Whom shall He teach knowledge? and Whom shall He make to understand doctrine? Them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. For precept must be upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little.” Isaiah 28:9-10
Do you know the Father desires to share His heart with mankind? Do you know He is looking for those that He can take deeper into His plan for the body of Christ? He wants to bring the Church out of an infantile state into that of maturity so that His plan can be fulfilled. It will take men and women who are willing to get beyond feeding on milk. It will take men and women of God who are willing to be responsible in the kingdom of God, dig into the Scriptures, pray, see the plan of God for the church as revealed in the New Testament (particularly in the letters of the Apostle Paul) and allow the Holy Spirit to teach them so that they can teach others. This is a whole lot more important to the Father than you may think. What will you do about it? Remain on milk, or discover what meat is and say like Jesus said; “My meat is to do the will of Him that sent Me, and to finish His work.” John 4:34
