Count The Cost

“For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?”

Planning should be an important part of our lives. Before we take on any endeavor, we should first “count the cost.” Will we be able to complete the work? See it through to the end? Is God in it? What are my resources? Do I have the strength? Will I need help? This is all a part of counting the cost.

Scripture reading: Luke 14:28-30
