Giant Killers
“So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and smote the Philistine, and slew him; but there was no sword in the hand of David.” 1 Samuel 17:50
If we will study our Bibles, we will find out that the people of God have a history of facing “giants.” All that a giant represents is a seemingly insurmountable situation in the natural. However, those are the situations that our Father delights in, for when we trust Him and the Word that He has given us, He is able to show Himself strong on our behalf and cause us to emerge as the victors in every situation. Instead of seeing the multitude of natural circumstances as overwhelming, see them as opportunities to trust in the power of God and as an opportunity for God to be glorified through you.
Scripture reading: 2 Samuel 21:15-22; Romans 15:4
