Do Something About The Darkness
“But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them that believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, Who is the image of God, should shine unto them.: 2 Corinthians 4:3, 4
For many of us as Believer’s it’s time for us to stop complaining about people who don’t do right. We complain about the sinners; we complain about an unsaved loved one; we complain about the President, the food and gas prices, and so on and so on. Well, guess what? It’s time for us to do something about the darkness. People act like they act primarily because of satan, the “god of this world.” However, Jesus has given us authority over the power of darkness; we are to bind them in prayer and with the Word of God coming out of our mouths. Then we are to pray for (and make ourselves available) laborers of the gospel to minister to them. Let’s stop neutralizing ourselves by speaking what is negative and supportive of darkness; let’s take dominion over the darkness so that others can see the choices they need to make.
